Every day after school your child can be picked up and dropped off at our facility, where they will receive enhanced martial arts training.

Our Little Dragons program is specifically designed for children ages 3-5. We help the children develop advanced motor skills, self discipline, respect, and most of all how to have fun.
You will be excited when you see your child’s confidence grow as they learn the unique activity known as the martial arts. Don’t you find it amazing that techniques that were practiced 2,000 years ago are the basis for teaching your child coordination, balance and pro-longed attention span?
Enroll now and you will feel the excitement of seeing your child develop listening skills and social interaction while developing a happy “Yes I Can!” attitude. Nothing can compare to the feeling you get when you hear your child say “see Mom, I did it!”
Our juniors program is for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Our juniors program is meant to help teach children discipline and respect. The children will be achieving this through various classes and activities. The Students will also be learning Extreme and Creative Martial Arts, and Weaponry.Your kids will have FUN learning centuries old techniques that have modern day benefits like developing a strong mind, a strong body and a strong character. The instructors are patient and compassionate. Our top priority is to inspire self esteem in every child. We break down techniques to their simplest form so every child can become a champion. Giving their best effort is more important than being the best in class. Plus, we only teach world certified martial arts: WTF Tae-Kwon-Do.
Mon 6:50 – 7:30 & Tues/Thur | 7:20 – 8:00
Adults will learn the traditional aspect of the martial arts — centuries old techniques with modern day benefits like discipline, mental focus and inner peace. Blocks, kicks and strikes are combined with traditional stances and footwork that will improve your mental clarity and discipline. Our core training is based on Tae Kwon Do.
